PERFORMANCE PARTNER REFERRAL AGREEMENT

Either party—Emerald Plate Experience LLC (The Provider) or the Partner (You)—has the right to terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing thirty (30) days of written notice to the other party.

• Written Notice Required: To officially terminate the agreement, you must send a clear written notification (typically an email) to [Your Dedicated Partner Email Address]. The termination will be effective 30 days after we acknowledge receipt of your notice.
• Payout of Earned Fees: You remain entitled to any Referral Fees that were earned prior to the termination date. We will process these final payments according to the standard monthly schedule outlined in the agreement (Section 5).
• No Future Commissions: Any clients who sign up after the effective date of termination, even if they were originally referred by you, will not be eligible for a referral fee.

This clean exit clause ensures fairness and clarity for both businesses.
